Macro - copy contents of word doc to outlook email inc jpeg

I have a macro triggered by a sheet change event that copies the content of a word document and creates an email to a recipient from the current worksheet.
This is working well apart from not being able to copy a jpeg (signature) from the word document into the email body 1 line below the last line of text.

See below the section of the macro that copies the content of the word document into the Outlook email.
