Load Image to userform via command button that searches directory then via command button.

    Hi,
I've just begun trying to use VBA with Excel to maintain inventory of my sports card collection that links an image to a row of data with the cards attributes. I am new to this so I don't know if I'll even use the right terms.
I am looking to do the following:
1.) Use a userform to upload an image from a location on the computer that is selected by via command button
2.) The userform also has several comboboxes (up to 15) which will get detailed data related to the image
3.) The userform has checkboxes that make textboxes visible and not-visible so some detail can be "on" the image if desired

I've gotten this far although I don't know if the textbox data will save as part of the image because I am stuck.

I was hoping to be able to:
4.) Save the image (or hyperlink to the image) I have loaded in the userform to another location that includes the text added using the visible, not-visible check boxes to the same row as the data

I'll attach some screen shots(I hope) that will hopefully tell a thousand words.

    Thanks..........

    Hi Schulze,

Could you upload your workbook that would help to give you some advice.
Also lets see if i understand you correctly

    1. You select an Image from your computer and fill all the information in
    2. you hit save and select a new location for the image
    3. all the data you entered is stored in an excel sheet one column should be the link to the image

    is that correct so far?
