Custom Formula for Assign Excel Cell Contents to Variables with VB

Dear All,

I want to know whether we can implement a custom formula for assigning cell contents to variables.

i.e., lets suppose I've a sheet with 4 cells in which 3 are data validation lists & another one is just a cell that I'm using to assign a cell value to variables.

1st dropdown has sheet names, 2nd dropdown has items which are located at Column A in all Sheets & 3rd Dropdown is date which is located in first row in all sheets & last cell is quantity whose value to be assigned to all the variables as per sheet, item, date selected

I'll have the same requirement in all most all the excel files in my company. So I want to have a custom formula for assigning cell contents to variables with VB.

Sorry for confusing you

Attached the zip file with 2 excel files which has the requirement of assigning the value from one sheet/cell to multiple sheets/cells

1. SSR Sample Format: Please go through E8,E9 & F14 to F48, If I select location, dispatch type & quantity entered in F14 to F48, quantity to be routed to SSR Sheet based on my selection

2. CG_&_Export_Sample_Raw_Material_Details: Please go through Receipts UF sheet E2 to E8 which has date, item, Model & Quantity. So here I want to assign quantity to the respective sheet based on date, item & Model selection.

Based on these 2 files, I understood that assigning value is the most important concept in vb. So rather than VB Coding for individual file, I want to have a custom formula for assigning the values from few cells to multiple cells based on a criteria.
