checking mistakes typing the number

I am trying to find accidentally typing the number. I've already given them the highlight in excel

You attach a workbook with over 11,000 rows by 2 columns. Some of these numbers are highlighted. Do you expect anyone to be able to determine WHY they're highlighted without you explaining the logic?

Maybe they're supposed to be sequential.? Maybe they're supposed to be a certain length? Maybe any number of conditions??

Many times, that many mistakes in row is in writing and we do not know or take more time to find fault
