I have created a form with a combo box. The RowSource is set. (3 columns from a sheet "Namenlijst" in my workbook : last-name, surname and Registration-number) I have to do it like this because I can have the same name but never the same Registration-number)
No problem there.
When I use the form and select a name I want he finds the specific Sheet and Row of the selected name.
He has to find the Sheet and row where the 3 values of my combo box matches the values in the 5 possible Sheets. And then go to that Sheet and row and select the Cell A of that row.
He has to lookup the last-name in column A , the surname in column D and the registration-number in column C of the 5 possible sheets mentioned below :
These are the 5 different sheets : Apothekers , Kinesisten , MedGen , Tandartsen , Specialisten
I hope my explanation is clear.
Example : I select the line : "VANDEPUTTE" "Pascal" "65.10.01-283.55" in my combo box and then he has to find and go to the sheet "Apothekers - Row 5 - and select the cell A5"
It's a Lookup-Form but I don't know how create the VBA for my problem.
