macro to create an email with unique subject for every value in column A

hello

its me again.. need your help to create a macro which:

1. create a single email for every unique item in sheet 1 column a, starting in row 4
2. user will have the option to choose which template he would send (1 or 2)
3. some data for the templates need to be retrieved from sheet 1 (I have highlighted in blue the needed data from sheet 1)
4. subject of the email would be the value in Column A + value in H2.

in the attached file... email [email protected] should receive 2 emails, 1 for boooking 11111111 and another for 2222222.

really hope this is not asking too much... but would really realllyyyy appreciate your help on this.

hello dear... sorry it took a while.

i tried the attached file but it seems to have a little error. when i added some booking numbers... the table in the message contains the whole list. also the email address is being removed from the TO when message is displayed. im attaching my sample email so you can check.

hi dear.. sorry to bother again.. seems i figured out what was causing the error but need your help for the solution.

when the macro creates the 1st email message, it does not delete the data in Template1. so if the 1 mail message has 5 rows and the 2nd email message only has 2 rows.. it will still copy the remaining 3 rows from the 1st message..

any brilliant ideas?
