Pull the data from cosed wb in sheet(rawdata) copy to data sheet

Dear sir

I have excel file which contains sheet rawdata saved to particular location.
I want pull data copy to sheet(Depends) from target location file(Corefile.xlsb) depends upon list of ledger name in Depends""A:A"".
path is C:\Users\maniaccenture\Desktop\mani

CORExls file saved in path. pull data from core file sheet(rawdata) depends upon list of ledgenames and copy to bridgereptxls save to sheet(DATA)
