Break External Data Links - Error Runtime 13

Hello all

I have external links connected to my workbook, i would like to break the link after refreshing them all

i have this code:

Although this results in runtime error 13.

ONE THING: i can't break them manually as well... the option "EDIT LINKS" is greyed out, how can i solve it?

I can't delete connections... i need them after , just need to break the link so the source WB isn't "open"
