Help with userform

In "SUBMIT" sheet, there is a sketch of what I would like to have as a userform.

It should write to DATA1, and the "shifts" they shall choose from should be a dropdown from the table in DATA2

The "pick date" needs to open a calender, as the users are not able to write it correct each time.

Would be great if I somehow could hide/unhide the datasheets with a button+code in the userform to.. this is a luxurything though.

It should be able to submit even if only 1 line has been filled - and its okay if there is only an amount in OR amount out, but, every line NEEDS to have a date choosen! -

Is this even do-able?

Can I maybe try, or is it above what can be achieved with Excel?
