How do I create an Excel macro loop that starts with a number from a cell

Hi everyone,

I have about a 10,000 record spreadsheet that has the following formula in it that is actually a result of copy/paste from another program/screen. It is actually a range of numbers, but when pasted, it displays it mathematically. I would like to split the range of numbers out, one # per row, as show in the right column below. In theory I know enough that the numbers need to be determined, calculate how many numbers there are, and inserts rows for each one, etc. I just don't use Excel/macros enough to be savvy with it.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
