Help with programming columns to calculate chart

Ok I need to create a gantt chart i believe a gantt chart is what will work best. or even just a basic stacked bar chart. but here is my dilemma

in column C of my sheet is the project name (Which is the 2ND column not the 3rd as COLUMN A is not in my sheet
column R is the project start date which is the 17th column
and column S is the project end date which is obviously the 18th column

These 3 columns are what i need to generate the graph or chart onto the next sheet sheet 3.

can anyone point me in the right direction with macro i may need or if i can do this a different easier way?
I need the graph to be across the 2016 calendar year 365 days basically so we can just see when jobs overlap in the future weeks to come etc.
any help or advice is greatly appreciated

if you just want the 3 columns together.Create another sheet (sheet2)
Assuming all your headings are in row 1 and data starts in row 2 and finishes in row 366 (or 367 this year!)

in sheet2 cell A1 enter the " = " sign and then click on sheet1 and go to cell C1 and hit enter. (sheet2 cell A1 should now show the value of sheet1 C1)
in sheet2 cell B1 enter the " = " sign and then click on sheet1 and go to cell R1 and hit enter
in sheet2 cell C1 enter the " = " sign and then click on sheet1 and go to cell S1 and hit enter

then copy all the formula together down to row 367

Re: Help with programming columns to calculate chart

thank you for responding but that wont apply to how its laid out i dont have 367 or 366 rows of data for each day? I am not Why i would have that?
each row of data is a completely separate project

    rows are projects
columns are headings and are in row 1 yes, but further more I am going to attempt another way

i guess a better question i should now ask is how can I assign 31 days to 1 cell?
LETS SAY i want January in cell E50, Feb in cell F-50, March in cell G50, April in cell H 50 and so forth across to decemeber is there a way to assign the amount of days per month to each one of those cells, so that the graph i create later will only be the length of one cell per full month that passes. Reason being our projects run over 6 months to 2 years at times. i dont want to have a graph with 31 cells for janauary 29 for feb and so on
