VBA Add Picture From Web Including Alternative Text

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum but have been using Excel for years and hope that I can help others out equally. I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to place a web image into Excel using VBA and keep the alternative text associated with it. If I copy and paste the web image, the alternative text comes with it but both Pictures.Insert and Shapes.AddPicture strip off the alternative text. Does anyone have any suggestions and/or workarounds?

It would also help if you could provide the code you have developed so far because it will help to anyone reading this thread to better understand what you are trying to accomplish.
