Populate ListBox with data from named range

Hi



I am trying to write code that will populate my ListBox when a cell, named "FilterCell" changes

I have a list of companies, named range "Comp", that expands / reduces with whatever value is entered in "FilterCell"

Down to 1 x line, by removing the "Range" line and amending "Selection"
