    Projects calendar by priorities

    Hello guys.

    Im with a problem. I have this attached report, with a calendar that i found in the internet.

    In the first Sheet "Projects" I have to input the projects that me and another friend are working on.

    I need that in the Sheet Calendar, the working days (monday to friday) would be filled when there is any project in that period assigned in the sheet Projects.

    And, in the projects, if any project with a higher priority ends inside the period of one of minor priority the start date of the minor would be pushed forward to start in the last day of the higher +1.

    I've searched dozens of sheets in the net and couldnt find any that would solve my problems, i think that this is a Visual Basic need.blema.

    Anyone can help me? Or anyone knows any other ready sheet that could solve my problem?

    Are you looking to complete projects in consecutive days? So, if project Mary, for example, had a start date of 18th Feb for person X, would you want to start project Banana on 15th Feb until 17th, then suspend that while project Mary is worked on (until 19th Feb), and then pick up on project Banana again on 22nd Feb until 23rd Feb (?), or would you delay the start of project Banana until (the higher priority) project Mary is completed, so you'll start on 22nd Feb for 5 days continuous ?

    In this case, if we are already inside the running days of the project Mary, the project banana would be delayed unitl Mary is completed. If the project Banana was inserted before the start date of Mary, like Feb 17th, (in your example), the Mary would be postponed until the end of banana, because of the higher priority. Running projects in the actual date are not affected by insertions. You are obligated to insert any activities after the end of current running project.

    I think this is too hard.. lets go by steps. i think that a formula will solve this.

    First, i want to discover how i do to, in column "H", bring me the project date rearranged, as the following rule:

    * If more than one project happens in the same time interval, as in the next example, the one with higher priority will keep its start date, the others with lower priority would start on the next working day (monday to friday) after the end of the with higher priority and then successively.

    I've created that numers after column "O" so i had any idea of rules, but it is dispensable if you want.
