Highlight entire row of active cell (can not install a macro!)

Hi,
I would like to have a macro that will highlight the ENTIRE row of the active cell.
If you have a good macro I will be happy to see it.

Meanwhile, i found on the internet a macro that suppose to do just that but for some (strange) reason i can not install that macro.
Please look at the (very short) video to see how it look on my end.

Is the problem with the macro itself? or did something else went wrong?
