VBA code for dividing big numbers by 1000,0000000 to make smaller

1] In CK1 have number 2,518,986,167,981 need vba code to divide it by 1000,0000000 and number format 0.00

2] In CL1 have number 156,199,119,212 need vba code to divide it by 1000,0000000 and number format 0.00

3] Finally need vba code to divided CK1/CL1 and number format 0.00

Can anyone help me with above vba codes.
