User form text box generating values in specific cells

I have a user form with multiple text boxes. I want the different text box's to populate different cells in my workbook.

for example text box1 should change cell D13 on the sheet "Input".

This seems easy but i have not found what i am looking for yet.

This is great. I put this command attached to a command button. I need to populate multiple cells in my sheet. I copy and pasted them back to back changing the cells and text box number. It is not working for me right now. here is my code
