Macro for Notifications

Hi everyone,

I was hoping someone could help me develop a macro that helps send out notifications from a tab called "NTO Log".

This log is used to manage release dates from companies working on a project. Column A will show the first tie, and Column B shows companies working directly underneath them. Column D shows release dates. Each month we request updated releases which need to be through the end of that month. The trick here is company's that are in Column A need to be through a certain date, and company's listed in Column B need to be through a different date (1 month behind column A).

What I was hoping a macro could do, is go down this list, and in any instance where the dates for a company do not meet or exceed the date in the required box, it would send them an email. What keeps me from trying to do this myself is the complication of the companys in column B. We would not be sending them an email, but an email to the company they are working for. So for a quick example with the attached spreadsheet:

Email to be Sent:
Hello Sam Amith (F3),

Your monthly waiver dated through 1/30/16 (J3) is due.

The follow sub-tier releases are also due:
- Joe Smith Contracting
- Reds Supply

Thank you.

So because the dates for all companys did not meet the requirements in cell J3 and J4, it sent the email. Anyone have time to take a stab at this?
