Hello, guys, really needing your experts help!!

I receive from people, forms in excel format, and I’d like to automatically paste in a word file based on that excel form that they sent me.

1- I already have the word file, so it would be only a paste on the front page of it;
2- Also, I’d like that cell “b8” were automatically pasted into a tab2 of this same worksheet to keep track of form number;
3- Please, I’m very hookie at VBA. So, help me!! Attached is the form and the word file name that I want to paste this is info is “new”.
