Creation of UserID and password for first time login at VBA multipage userform

Hi,

Please let me know on how to create/code UserID and password for first time login at VBA (multipage control) or userform (In general) - i.e LOGIN FORM.

It has to be generated & stored in excel tab (hidden) when GENERATE command button is clicked. (During first time login)

When credentials is entered & submitted (SUBMIT button) later it has to check within three successful attempts. To login successfully into the further forms.
