Toggling between different worksheets/workbook through VBA code

Hi,

Let me know on how to append rows from active worksheet to another new (closed) workbook at run time (if multi user access is enabled/in general).

Also need to print that report at a command button click.

Any workbooks you want to modify must be open, so "another new (closed) workbook" can't work. Do I understand your question?

Hi,

The initial userform does contain a command button from where the data will get copied in an another new worksheet. As a backup that's working fine. But it has to be appended when other user enter the data into the initial userform as well.

The problem is its getting copied rather than append into a new rows. Looking out for an VBA code to implement that flow.
