Lookup for number appeared

Hi, I would want to lookup the number of "Open" cases from different sheets in specific columns for 'Summary' sheet.

So, if the sheet '03-10-2016' column B appears the words "Open", it should be counting the total number of "Open" Case. The number of records in each sheet would be around 300.

The Date column will increase as it would added more sheets in this workbook and of course, to find all the value in related sheets.
