Separate multiple values in one cell into individual rows

I am trying to create a macro which would look at X number of rows, and for any cells which has multiple entries (separated by a comma), then it will insert a new row and paste the second value. It keeps doing this until all the cells in the column only have one value (no more commas)

Current setup:

Numbers

12, 200, 291

985

45, 60

What I want:

Numbers

12

200

291

985

45

60

The entries to the table are manually entered, meaning human error is possible. If an entry is written in incorrect formats (incorrect spacing), is there any way to use enhance the macro for that?
