How to color macro-added rows in worksheet

    Hello friends,

I have a functional macro that adds empty rows every 6 rows. Here it is:

Now, I can't seem to figure out where in this code I enter the shade I would like these new rows to be, preferably .TintAndShade = -0.249977111117893. And not to color the entire row, but only cells between columns A to H.
Can someone help me figure that out?

THANK YOU SO MUCH. I can't wrap my brain around this one!
