Convert Format Condition to vba code

I have the following format condition :
formula: =OR(CELL("col")=COLUMN(),(CELL("row")=ROW()))
font color : Orange
back color : Black
Usage: Highlighting the selected cell
Request:
I need to convert format condition in the attached file to vba code.

I don`t want to enter that formula.This formula is placed in conditional format rule in order to highlight the selected cell.

I managed to change the color myself.
