Macro to Change Font Size Based on if Cell Contains Specific Text

Hello, everyone. I am looking for the script for a macro that changes the font size of a cell's text based on if that cell has a certain word. For example if the cell had the word "goal" it would be size 24, if it had the word "aim" it would be size 24, and else it would be size 12. Does anyone know code that would do this?

Does this apply to all cells in a spreadsheet or no?
