Excel VBA - snaking columns (with Word or directly in Excel)

Dear experts,

could you please help me?

I have in A1:H1 header of table, number of rows down are variable (can be thousands).
I need to save for printing, best could be "snaking columns".


Nr. A B C D E F Total
111 1 2 4 7
112 3 5 8
113 6 6
114 74 74
115 1 1
116 1 1
117 2 2
118 0


I read lot of discussions, very often is recommended to copy data to word.

Is there please possible?:

1)
macro what copy from excel columns A:H down to last filled row (variable), open word, paste data to word template what is prepared with 3 columns and set repeating heading?
or
2)
In case that there is possible to solve directly in excel with some macro, could be better.
