help with entering a formula to the range

I have a problem trying entering a formula to a range using vba.

I get run time error '1004' application-defined or object-defined error.

When entering a formula via vba, any double inverted commas need to be entered twice, i.e. " should be "" and "" should be """"

I've also cleaned the formula up a little, most of it wasn't needed.
