Updating Text Box with Cell Values based on ComboBox Selection

Almost embarrassed to ask for help on this but ive looked everywhere with no luck or understanding. Im simply trying to create a user form from my spreadsheet. Complete noob. I want my text boxes to populate with the cell values in the same row as the value selected with a combobox. Ive attached a screen shot that will hopefully make sense of what im trying to accomplish. Below is the code that is assigned to the Userform. The first sub is the code that updates the 3 listboxes for each range you described when the value of the combobox changes. The second part is the Initialization for the form that populates the combobox when the Userform is first run. I used a combobox for the values in Column A and Listboxes to provide for the results.
