Hyperlink with if function that repeats

Hi Everyone, I am new to VBA and trying to create a Hyperlink that links to the cell that has error.

I am working on an excel file that requires the user to enter Employee name in column A, Employee ID in column B and Address in Column C and few other information in corresponding columns. There are a lot of employees. If the user enters employee name in column A he must enter employee ID in column B and all other information. I have an if function in column K, that calculates if the user did not enter any information. I want to create a validation key, that if I press that key it will list all the employees with missing information and create a link to the row in which I can find that particular employee. Note - sometime the names of the employees are repeating.
