how lock specific cells after data has been added after 1 day?

thank you for your quick response, i tried to attach the file but unfortunately is not possible.
I send you a capture from file.
This is a monthly timesheet for my employee. I want the column "In","Pause" and "Out" been locked after 1 day
other columns is protected with exceptions Functie,Praktijk and Opmerking
