Making a page for my quiz that generates wrong answers

Hey all, I've been working hard on this serv safe quiz, and I'm trying to make a page that will auto-populate the questions they got wrong. Any idea's? I'm still learning so a lot of things I don't understand. I have attached my sheet so you can take a look. TY in advance for all the help I receive!

Could you give a little more info on what you see this looking like?
Are you looking for a list of just the questions they got wrong?
Are you looking for a list of all answers given and highlighting the ones that were wrong?
Are you looking for something completely different?

Hey BadlySpelledBuoy! I'm not too sure, I don't want to make it complicated. The problem I had was, it wouldnt change if I went back and changed a answer. I was thinking of a page that said let's review your answers you got wrong. Then it went thru every question they answered incorrect and showed them what was their answer and what was suppose to be the correct answer. If that's possible
