Return position with match function for multiple criteria

Hi, I am using

to find matched results in string array. However, when there is a cell with text "TOM " (with space in the last), the above method cannot find that cell. Is there any alternative to accomplish the task of searching for multiple criteria. Seem above method does not support using wildcard.
