Import Pictures From Folder To Excel Sheet...help

I have an excel sheet where column c has a list of product numbers. I also have a folder with pictures of each product and file name of the pictures are the product number. I would like to place the picture of each product in column D beside their respective codes. If possible, I would also like to reformat the pictures so they fit in the cell. (Some standard size)

Need a Macro that can run this.
I don't really know where to start and any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks. Please help me.

Do you know any VBA, what have you got so far?

look into using shapes.addpicture2(), all you need to supply is a Path, some dimensions etc etc its very easy
