Creating new cells using existing data involving additions

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and hoping to get some ideas on my problem. Please follow the picture to get an idea.

The box are always with either Yes/No. If the the row in that particular box has a "No" it should not include that quantity for the activity. Eventually I would like to trigger data from another sheet if the box contains at-least one "Yes" and add the respective quantity( The arrow point) to a new cell. Can anybody help me on this. Thank you. Please find the excel file as well.

Firstly, there is no Excel file attached. Secondly, please explain what you want in more detail, and include sample result data in your attachment.

The excel sheet has both the raw data and how I would like to see the result. I am able to pull activity codes from another sheet( Master Library) using Macros but I want to segregate the quantities based on the Yes/No fields in the respective columns. If a row has Yes then it pulls the respective quantity from another column as shown in the excel sheet and adds them up and puts in the respective activity code. The Yes/No cells activates the activity codes as well. For me it looks a bit complicated but I think you as a community can help me on this.
