Correctin in cells value with reference to some values

Dear All,

Please refer attached sheet.
It has data in three columns "B" ,"C" and "D".
Frequently I need to make change in value of cells in D columns.
In this case it is value of cell D21, D32, and so on.
I need value 0.48 instead of 0.49 in this case.

I want to create VBA code which have input box which ask for
REF
LOT NO ---- TO ------. &
WIDTH

In this case

REF = 2252
LOT NO 5 T0 29
WIDTH 0.48
In the sheet I have shown desired results.

Manually it takes lots of time to correct.
Please help in developing code for correction.
