vba to split the cell value after comma as new rows with first rows value.

Dear experts

I have some range of data in column H:H account contains every 5 digit ID with comma i want split 5 digit after comma as new row along with paste down first cell value.

for e.g 12510,12511, i want individual row of 12510 & 12511
