Can You Use A List Box or Combo Box To Show Custom Views

Hi All. Long time lurker, first time poster...

I have a financial spreadsheet that has columns for the actual cost, budgeted cost and variance for four different account codes. These twelve columns are repeated for each month of the year as well as all four quarters and year to date.

My management group would like to see the data in several different views. In the past I have just used a command button but the amount of buttons they want would seriously clutter the view.

I know the easiest way to do this is to add the Custom View list to the toolbar but not all of the intended users do not understand excel that much so I am looking for an easier solution for them even though it is going to be more difficult for me.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

The Files attached to Post #1 and Post #3 look amazingly the same. Please explain the differences so we don't need to wade through it.
