How to increment some ranges in VBA for each button.

I have an excel sheet with columns for peoples names and the parking spaces that are available. I've created some VBA code that looks at the email address and name and tells the person in an email which spaces are available.

Is there a way of getting the highlighted ranges (see the link) to increment by 1 for each button I have on the page? I don't really want to re-code the macros for all 400 something rows! (The ranges underlined in red I want to stay the same.)
