There's more than just 'changing it so it checks...', it's a partial re-write. More info from Google: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/lib.../gg264421.aspx
As it happens, I don't think your current code is correct. You're setting a low level hook so the structure is actually MSLLHOOKSTRUCT and not MOUSEHOOKSTRUCT.
Anyway, for 64 and 32bit, this should work:
