Make Worksheet Active-X CheckBox value same as Userform CheckBox value

Hi All,

I am trying to finish off code for an 'Add Data' userform button that will check some active-x checkboxes in the active worksheet if the corresponding userform checkboxes have been checked. I have tried many different permutations of the code to get this to work (endless google searches) and am getting nowhere. The userform checkboxes and worksheet active-x checkboxes are all correspondingly numbered 1 to 6 so I used a simple loop to check or uncheck each checkbox. The code in its present state is below.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window (or use the paperclip icon).

First an apology - I have corrected my first error in my original code above by changing the Me.Control line from ComboBox to Checkbox.
Secondly, I have attached an example file. When you click the 'Change Data' button the UserForm is shown. The check boxes checked in the userform should be mirrored on the worksheet when the 'Add Data To Worksheet' button is clicked.
