Macro in Microsoft Outlook that will automatically save attachments

HI,

I basically need a macro in outlook email that whenever my email attachment is begin with "S" it should save in a particular location, supposed in D drive location D:\AutoFile

Whenever I receive a file it should save there.....

But supposed in particular day file attachment S12345 send 3 times, then other file should be in S12345-2 and S12345-3
first file should be always S12345-1 or with -1 and the second file should be with -2 and so on... if it is in same string..

IF S54321 do same thing then same logic like above
