Using Target Column in Range

I would like to modify this so that the "A" in the range.select is whatever the target's column is... I have tried this with Cells, Address, and Target.Column in different combinations, but my hangup seems to be that when I do I'm specifying the column index instead of the letter. I have come across a few ways to "convert" the column index to the corresponding letter value, but it seems pretty clear that's not the most efficient way.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.... I'm pretty sure this should be easy.
