I am having a brain fart here; I have a simple excel list of names that is being sent out to managers. I need them to mark 1 of 3 columns with an X, these columns are if an employee is going to leave in under 6 months, 6 to 12 months, and over 12 months. if they are under 6 months it turns there two name columns red, if its 6 to 12 months it turns the name columns yellow, and if its 12 or over it turns them green. I know this is stupid easy but again brain fart.
Can you post your or even better:
Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window (or use the paperclip icon).
