Macro to set up conditional message based on results of conditional formatting

Hi there,

I have a macro that checks for duplicates in employee ID in column A and changes the cell color and text color for any duplicate values. I am looking to have a message box pop up after this macro has run that says either "No Duplicates found" or "Duplicates Found - Please Review" based on the results of the conditional formatting.

Any insight on this is appreciated!
