I am having multiple rows of number, I want to find any duplicate cells in EACH row (always start at column D but does not have same number of columns for each row) using VBA, and for each duplicate value cell I want to change its value, say a rand() or I'll further do some coding, but I also want to make sure it won't duplicate again after the change. What should the code be look like?

It's impossible to say given your description. You'll need to upload the workbook and manually add the results that you expect to see so that we can see the original data and the end result.
