If workbook path is specific directory then prompt user to save file

Hi - I am trying to figure out the code to check the filepath of the open workbook and if it is "U:\Hearings\Hearings\" then open an "OK" msgbox saying "Please save this file to another location" - and then after OK is pressed, open the save as location prompt.. preferably to desktop.. although, each person opening this workbook will have a different username... (i.e C:\users\johndoe\Desktop)

I know this is relatively simple... but wasnt working when I tried using several variations of

If ActiveWorkbook.Path = "U:\Hearings\Hearings\" Then _
MsgBox vbOK


The actual file path is U:\Hearings\Hearings (and then the document is saved in the second "hearings" folder
