separating pages in an excel into one sheet

I am currently working on an assignment where i have to generate payslips and send them automatically. I am required to use the existing pay slip generation spreadsheet. But the spreadsheet produces several payslips at a time using batches. how do i generate one payslip and convert it to pdf and send it out automatically.

You could use this macro. Copy the code, click right mouse on the bottom on the sheet name and choos view code. Here paste the code and add outlook library reference clicking on Tools, reference and look for Microsoft Outlook xx.x Object Library and select it:
