VB Code for making a user defined formula for referencing the data

Dear All,

Hope Everyone is doing good!!!!

My question is that can we make a user defined formula for referencing (function works exactly opposite to VLookup/Index i.e., VLookup/Index formulas will retrieve the values from one cell to other cell where as referencing formula is to write a value in a cell from another cell) a cell value to another cell and has to make this value static

ex: One of my sheet has 3 dropdown lists, based on which my value of cell below those 3 dropdownlists to write in another sheet cell

Any doubts please let me know.

After long time.

Sorry for confusing you. My requirement is only that I want a user defined function that looks similar with Index, Match & Match formula but functionality is different. Index, Match & Match function will retrieve value based on row & Column values where as my user defined function should return value to a cell in an array based on row & Column values.
