Add a row to Excel Table

    Hello All,

I have tried quite a few things to get this to work with no avail.

I have a sheet where the user inputs an entry and a part of that is a project number. I am writing something that creates a chart out of the data in the database specified by the user.
I have a table (Table21) that lists the unique project numbers and the quantity of each one.
What would be good would be so that the code adds a row to that table, sees if the last row/first column has a zero value, then deletes that list row if it does (and doesn't if it does end up with a project value in there). I cant really delete entire worksheet rows as there's tables next to it, if it can be helped.

Here's the code, and the workbook is attached to help:

Sorry its a tip, I've trying a few different ways, but wanted to keep them to potentially revisit.

    Any assistance will be welcomed.
